I don't care what you say, those are Devil horns!!!

4000 ft of elevation gain. Up. Down. Up. Down.

That is an evil, evil elevation chart and so the Devil horns are just confirmation of its evil progeny. I am from Long Island, we don't have hills like that. How am I supposed to train for this?
